1. My pizza did not arrive on the scheduled delivery date. What should I do?
   • Please send us an email at ship@giordanos.com or call our Shipping Hotline at 800-982-1756 (Monday – Friday 8 am-3 pm CST). We will get back to you within 3 business days to resolve your concerns
2. The pizza never arrived or arrived thawed/damaged. Now what?
   • Please send us an email at ship@giordanos.com or call our Shipping Hotline at 800-982- 1756 (Monday – Friday 8 am-3 pm CST). We will get back to you within 3 business days.  
   • To help us resolve, if possible, please forward any photos taken of the condition your pizzas were in upon arrival.
     
3. Why am I being charged for shipping during the check out process?
   • Additional charges may apply if FedEx Express Services are required to ship to locations that fall outside 2-day ground shipping territory from any of our distribution centers. This includes the following states: Alaska & Hawaii.
4. Why didn’t I receive any shipping confirmation or tracking number?
   • Please check that your email address was entered correctly and that the confirmation was not sent to spam/junk folder. If you have not received the confirmation email, please send us an email at ship@giordanos.com or call our Shipping Hotline at 800-982-1756.
5. There was no dry ice in the cooler, what happened?
   • Dry ice is designed to evaporate, so don’t be alarmed if you do not see any ice when you open your package. Every pizza is packed completely covered in dry ice when shipped.
6. How should I handle any dry ice remaining in the cooler?
   • Any remaining dry ice should be handled with care. Avoid contact with your skin.
7. My pizza isn’t frozen. Is it okay to eat?
   • Your pizza is safe to eat if it’s feels cold to the touch, like it just came out of your refrigerator (about 40 degrees).

Product Information

1. What is the size of the pizza?
   • Our pizzas are 10 inches and serve 2-3 hungry adults.
2. Can I choose other toppings?
   • Currently, we are only able to offer cheese, sausage, pepperoni and spinach.
3. How do I cook the pizza?
   • Cooking instructions are included in your package and can also be found our website here: Cooking instructions.
4. How long will a pizza keep in a freezer?
   For best results we recommend enjoying your pizza within 6 months.

Ordering Information

1. Can I change my order?
   • If you need to change your order please email us at ship@giordanos.com or call our Shipping Hotline at 800-982-1756 (Monday – Friday 8 am-3 pm CST) at a minimum of 3 days prior to your delivery date. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate any changes after your order has shipped.
2. Can I send a package as a gift? Can I include a gift message?
   • Yes! An optional gift message can be included on the packing slip. No pricing information will be visible to your gift recipient.

Delivery dates provided to customers are estimated and may vary due to reasons beyond our control.  Depending on the address where the Giordano’s pizzas will be delivered and the timeline of your requested delivery date, the shipping options outlined below may not be available when placing your order. To properly deliver your order we must have a street address. Shipping is not available to P.O. Box numbers.  In all cases, the Giordano’s website will confirm the availability of your requested delivery date and will offer other shipping options if needed.  Giordano's Strives to deliver your pizzas in the best possible condition, on the requested delivery date.  Orders will arrive within 1-3 days from the ship date- We schedule packages to ship in accordance with the delivery date selected, based on standard arrival times provided by our carriers.  Giordano's is unable to guarantee time of delivery, as this is subject to the local carrier. For all shipments, we encourage you to use the carrier tracking number supplied to you when your order is confirmed to verify the status of your shipment and actual delivery date.

Ground Delivery – Business · This option is included in the price for all pizza packages. Deliveries to business addresses may be executed Wednesday through Friday only. Depending on the destination address, Tuesday delivery may be available via overnight shipping options.

Home Delivery – Home · This option is included in the price for all pizza packages. Residential deliveries may be executed Wednesday through Friday. Depending on the destination address, Tuesday or Saturday delivery may be available via overnight shipping options.

ADDITIONAL COST · SHIPPING METHODS

2 Day Express – Additional Cost May Apply · This option applies to business as well as residential addresses. Deliveries may be executed Wednesday through Friday only.

Next Day Standard Overnight – Additional Cost · This option is available for shipments to business as well as residential addresses. Deliveries may be executed Tuesday through Saturday only for residential addresses and Tuesday through Friday for business addresses.

Next Day Priority Overnight – Additional Cost · This option is available for shipments to business as well as residential addresses. Deliveries may be executed Tuesday through Saturday only for residential addresses and Tuesday through Friday for business addresses.
